Food Technology. Our food tech unit this term should be making flatbreads and healthy toppings. I have posted a simple flatbread recipe for you to try. Make sure you do this only with adult supervision. Toppings could include soft cheese mixed with herbs; peach slices with honey and yoghurt, hummus and grated carrot or something of your own creation. Just remember to keep it balanced and healthy. The bread is the carbohydrate element. The toppings should provide the protein and fibre. Send us your pictures!
