Wonderful Work

Here are some photographs of work that Year 3 children have been completing at home during lockdown.

Let's build up a gallery of your Anglo-Saxon Gods and Goddesses.

By Hunter

Georgia has been creating these decorative elephants, models from air dry clay and baking.

Hunter has been busy trying the Science experiments, the VE day DT challenge and he has created this great mnemonic for the spelling 'minute'.

Sophia has responded to this week's spelling challenge and has created these wonderful mnemonics to help her remember her spellings.

Isla's been busy! She's enjoyed carrying out the Science experiments and completed the Design Technology VE day challenge to make a bookmark

Amelia has been busy learning lots of new skills including looking after caterpillars, baking and learning about the Anglo-Saxons. She completed the DT challenge and used her stitching to make a bag.

Amelia's caterpillars changed into butterflies. She has released them into her garden.

Here's Evelyn with her model of an Anglo-Saxon village, a carefully designed poster and working as a scientist. She's also made a bug hotel and experimented with marble painting.

Sophia has been busy baking delicious cakes and making beautiful rainbows with her siblings.

Tilly has been busy being very creative. She used papier mache to make her beautiful bowls.

Look at Layla F's very detailed Anglo-Saxon village and her wonderful papier mache mask!

Hunter has designed and built this fabulous Anglo-Saxon village

Sapphire also designed a super Anglo-Saxon village and worked with Hunter to create the village

Sapphire has also been busy sewing and working very hard on her writing.
