Summer 2018: Food Technology making Roman inspired flatbreads

As part of their Science work on food chains and habitats, Year 4 visited Holywells Park. They hunted for bugs in the long grass and flower meadow. With the help of park ranger Alex, they used classification charts to identify the bugs that they found. Later, Year 4 found a variety of different species in the pond. The children were excited to find several small frogs! A number of different birds make the pond their home too, including a family of ducks.
