For well-being week, year 6 created their own stories based on the theme 'one kind word'. They planned, wrote and illustrated their stories. Some children read their stories to KS1 and used their understanding of reading prosody to enhance their storytelling. Well done year 6!
The Undefeated
As part of non-fiction week, we have been focusing on 'The Undefeated' by Kwame Alexander and Kadir Nelson for our reading activities. There is so much to find out that we didn't have time for it all in class. We have created an special 'Undefeated' section to our class pages so you can explore more at home.
