Welcome to our School Council page

We are the new school council team. Our team is made up of eleven year 6 pupils. Each of us are allocated to a different class who we represent in meetings to ensure that all voices are heard and valued. We also report back with any decision made. We will be meeting regularly to discuss current issues and to work together to see how we can address these.

We are currently focused on fund raising activities for our Year 6 legacy fund!

We have been busy working on our School Council display and we're looking forward to planning some school council events. We will be raising money this term for Year 6 Leavers hoodies, the end of year performance and the Year 6 legacy fund.

The legacy fund is our way of saying thank you to Clifford Road Primary school and our fellow pupils.  In previous years, the school council has raised money for playground and technical equipment.  We are aiming to do something similar this year.

Our first fundraising event for this term will be a non-uniform day to be held on 10th February 2023.  We are asking for a £1 donation per child to kick-start our legacy fundraising!
