Book Worms

Book Worms is a lunchtime book club for anyone in years 3, 4 and 5. It was started by children who were enthusiastic readers and wanted their own reading club. Since then its popularity has grown. We meet every Friday with Mrs Wilson. 

Some of the thinks we have been doing are:

  • reading lots of different books as a group
  • recording stories for younger children to listen to
  • choosing a book of the month
  • creating displays to encourage other children to read our books

Any one can come along - you just have to love reading! We meet at 12.30 (sometimes earlier) every Friday.
