Our guided reading texts this term include Street Child by Berlie Doherty and A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. 

 

 

In our writing we have been creating entries for the 'Red Book of Spells' from the book The Wizard, the Ugly and the Book of Shame'. Next we will be creating a new magical creature to feature in a scene from the story and writing the dialogue they have with the other characters.
